Admission based on High School standing (2008)
Admission to the first year of the Engineering program is competitive and the number of admissions is limited by quota. While admission to the University requires 70%, admission to Engineering currently requires 78% average.
Admission average is based on the following courses:
- One of: English A30 or B30, English Language Arts A30 or B30
- One of: Mathematics A30 or B30 or C30 or Calculus 30
- Three 30-level subjects selected from:
- Natural Science (maximum of two)
- Social Science or Humanities (maximum of two)
- Fine and Performing Arts (maximum of one)
High School Application Deadline

Application Requirements
Applicants must have the following Grade 12 (30-level) subjects listed below.
- Mathematics B30
- Mathematics C30
- Calculus 30

- Physics 30
- Chemistry 30
- 30-level English
|
Minimum grade of 70% is required in each of: Math C30, Calculus 30, Physics 30, and Chemistry 30.
